1. How do I get my rebate?

Attach your original dated purchase invoice to the rebate offer, complete the rebate offer form and send both in an envelope to:

2. How long before I receive my rebate?

6 – 8 weeks

3. Can I send in more than one rebate at one time?

Yes, You can submit multiple rebate offers at the same time. However, bear in mind two important restrictions: (1) Limit one rebate per business for each product offering and (2) original invoices are required.

4. Can I still get the rebate if the date of purchase of the part doesn’t fall within the promotion periods?

No. The rebate program includes two redemption periods. The date of purchase needs to fall within the redemption period stated on each rebate offer.

5. How do I print rebate offers online?

Return to the homepage (or click here), fill out your information and hit submit. This will take you to a page where you will find printable rebate offers.

6. Who will receive the rebate?

A check will be mailed payable to the business name care of the business owner and will be sent to the provided business address.

7. What is the deadline for submitting rebate requests?

Your request for rebate must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2008.

8. What do I need to send with my rebate form?

You will need to send in the original purchase invoice along with the completed rebate form.

9. Do I have to submit my original invoice, or can it be a copy?

Yes, you will have to submit your original purchase invoice.

10. How do I win a prize?

Simply submit a valid rebate for parts purchases during valid redemption periods and your business will be entered for a chance to win exciting racing-related prizes.

11. Who is eligible to win prizes?

Each independent auto repair and/or body shop that submits a valid rebate is eligible.

12. Who will prizes be issued to?

Prizes will be issued to the business that submits the valid rebate in care of the business owner.

13. How do I know if my shop is eligible for this sweepstakes?

Your shop must qualify as an independent auto repair or body shop. See the official rules (link to official rules) for details.

14. Is there an alternate means of entry for sweepstakes prizes?

Yes, To enter without purchase or obligation and receive one entry: Mail a 3 x 5 card hand-printed with name, daytime phone number, address, and business name to “2008 Summer of Savings Headquarters, 3200 Greenfield, Suite #280, Dearborn, MI 48120”

By submitting a valid rebate offer your business will be entered for a chance to win prizes:

No, Ford will send your rebate directly to you within 6 – 8 weeks.
